Accommodation

We have safe, clean and comfortable single or double bedrooms.

We do not have TV or lounge suites in our bedrooms but sanitised and comfy beds abundant natural light and fresh air. All rooms are air conditioned or heated. Every dogs is given a beautiful mink blanket to cuddle into.

Your pet is not couped up in a small room all day.

They are taken for walks and have playtime in secure large play yard with shade cloth, tunnels, toys and paddle pools during the summer as part of their day.

The dogs are matched up by size, temperament and energy level. We have our beautiful geriatric group as well as our speedy puppy/junior groups. This play time is included in the daily rate.

It is a visually mentally stimulating environment

To top off a great stay we offer a free Hydro Bath if your stay has been more than three days.

Cattery

Our Kitty Cat units are on two levels.

Upstairs you will find the sleeping and dining quarters and downstairs the toilet and play area.

We offer indoor units as well as units with adjoining private gardens.

The cats are fed Supercoat chicken dry as well as wet however all special diets can be catered to.

Vaccination Required

C5 Vaccinations Required For Dogs

To provide the best protection for you dog we ask you to provide proof of their current C5 Vaccination. This vaccination provides your dog with the best protection for the following:

Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Bordetella. Some veterinarians in Melbourne are now using the Triennial C3 Vaccine. If this given the annual Parainfluenza and Bordatella vaccines are still required. A C5 Vaccination gives your dog maximum protection against Canine cough and reduces likelihood of contraction, however does Not prevent it entirely.

F3 Vaccination Required For Cats

To provide the best protection for your cat we ask you to provide proof of their current F3 vaccination. This vaccination provides your cat with the best protection for the following: Feline Enteritis, Feline Rhinotracheitis and Feline Calicivirus. An F3 vaccination gives your cat maximum protection against Cat Flu and reduces likelihood of contraction, however does Not prevent it entirely.

Vaccinations must be completed a minimum of 10 days prior to boarding. We require proof of vaccination on arrival. Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to vaccinations.

Refund Policy

Please choose your dates carefully as we cannot provide a refund if you decide to check-out your pet early.
During the Christmas period, we will require a 50% deposit for all stays. This is non-refundable.

Pricing FAQ

What types of payment do you take?

We accept all major cards except Diners and American Express.

Unfortunately we do not accept personal cheques

Are there additional costs?

Our drop off and pick up times are between 9:00am-11:00am or 2:30pm – 4:30pm.

Without prior arrangement if you cannot make these hours you may incur a $15.00 late fee charge.

Medication is given at no charge (off-peak) unless the medication must be given out of hours therefore a fee of $15.00 may be charged per day.

During peak period, there will be a $5.00 medication fee per day.

We can give your pet a flea and worming treatment on entry to the kennels and cattery for $25.00 if required.

Can I change bookings or cancel at any time?

Over the Christmas period we will ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit

For long stays over $500.00 we will ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit

If you should need to cancel your pets booking please advise us as soon as possible.
